You may return any unused, unopened Toppik product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
To start a return, contact our support team at support@toppik.com with your order number. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used hair care products cannot be returned unless they are defective. Accessories and styling tools are non-returnable once opened.
